What happens next?
1) We’ll text you a payment link
You’ll receive a text message confirming your start date, along with a secure payment link for your first clean(s). We send this close to when we’re next in your area, so you’re not paying too far in advance.
2) Once payment is received, you’re added to the round
As soon as payment is confirmed, you’ll be added to the correct local round and scheduled in.
In the meantime: check your round and upcoming dates
You can see exactly where and when we clean by finding your bin day and viewing the round maps.
We place customers on Round A or Round B based on location so we can keep our routes grouped and running reliably. You should recognise your area from the map pins to see roughly when we’ll be nearby, and each round shows the next scheduled dates. This also determines how soon you’ll receive your confirmation text, depending on where we are in our 4-weekly cycle when you join the waiting list.
