1. About Our Service
Adrenify provides a regular 4-weekly wheelie bin cleaning service across Liverpool.
Our service operates on fixed postcode-based rounds so we can keep routes efficient, reliable, and fairly priced for ongoing customers.
Adrenify is an ongoing maintenance service only. We do not offer one-off cleans.
By joining Adrenify, you agree to these Terms & Service Policy.
2. How the Service Works
Customers are placed onto an assigned round based on postcode and council collection pattern.
Your bins are cleaned on your scheduled 4-weekly cycle when they have been emptied and are accessible for cleaning.
Because we operate fixed rounds:
- we attend based on our scheduled route
- we do not require confirmation before each visit
- we do not offer on-demand or one-off cleans
- we do not allow customers to pick and choose individual visits outside the rules set out below
Our system is designed to provide regular ongoing maintenance, not occasional cleans.
3. Ongoing Service Only
Adrenify is a structured recurring service.
That means:
- your service is provided on a repeating 4-week cycle
- the first clean is the start of an ongoing service, not a standalone one-off clean
- customers cannot dip in and out of the service based on whether they feel the bin needs cleaning that week
- repeated selective skip requests may result in removal from the round
We reserve the right to refuse or remove accounts that do not fit the ongoing nature of the service.
4. Minimum Service Term
All new customers join on a minimum 6-clean term per bin.
This minimum term exists because:
- the first clean requires significantly more labour, time, and water than a standard maintenance clean
- the service is designed to work as regular ongoing hygiene maintenance
- fixed route-based rounds only remain efficient when customers commit to the service properly
If you request cancellation before your minimum term has been completed, your service will continue until the 6-clean minimum has been fulfilled.
After the minimum term has been completed, you may cancel before your next scheduled service cycle.
5. Joining the Service
To join Adrenify:
- your first clean must be paid upfront
- an active Direct Debit mandate must be set up
- your booking is only confirmed once both steps have been completed
As Adrenify does not offer one-off cleans, failure to complete the Direct Debit setup means your place on the round is not confirmed.
6. Payments
All new customers are Direct Debit only for ongoing service.
First Clean
Your first clean is paid upfront when joining.
Ongoing Billing
After that, ongoing charges are collected by Direct Debit in line with our billing setup and service cycle.
Where applicable, one invoice may cover all bins cleaned within a completed service cycle.
If your account has credit available, that credit may be used first before a new Direct Debit charge is collected.
Legacy Customers
Some older customers may remain on historic payment arrangements, but all new customers are Direct Debit only.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may:
- retry payment where appropriate
- pause the service
- remove the account from the round if payment issues continue
We do not continue providing ongoing service indefinitely where payments are not being made.
Payment Methods
We do not accept cash or bank transfers from new customers.
7. Pricing
Our current pricing is shown at the point of signup.
If a leaflet offer, introductory offer, promotional rate, or discount is used, it applies only as stated at the time of joining and does not alter the wider service terms unless explicitly confirmed by us.
Any ongoing price changes will be communicated in advance where required.
8. Bin Access & Presentation
Your bins must be:
- emptied before we arrive
- accessible on the scheduled service day
- positioned so they can be safely moved and cleaned
Because we operate fixed rounds:
- we do not require confirmation before attending
- we cannot return later on request if access is not available when we attend
- we cannot provide multiple return visits for the same cycle
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure bins are available and accessible on the correct day.
9. Skips, Missed Access & Chargeable Visits
We always aim to operate fairly, but our route time, travel, labour, and visit slot still carry a cost if we attend and the service cannot be completed due to customer-side access issues.
We will usually skip without charge if:
- the council has clearly not emptied the whole street or area
- you notify us before your service date that you are away on holiday and want that cycle skipped
- severe weather or unsafe conditions prevent us from working
We may still charge if:
- the bin is locked away in a back garden
- access is blocked and the bin cannot be removed safely
- a vehicle, gate, obstacle, or similar obstruction prevents safe access
- the bin is hidden away or not made available
- you ask us to skip because you believe the bin already looks clean
- you try to choose which cycles you do and do not want outside our normal skip rules
If we attend and cannot safely access one scheduled bin, the normal charge for that bin may still apply.
If we attend and two scheduled bins cannot both be safely accessed at the same visit, we will usually charge a single-bin charge only rather than charging for both bins.
Repeated access problems, repeated missed presentations, or repeated selective skip requests may lead to removal from the service.
10. Council Collections, Delays & Contamination
Our service depends on the council emptying bins first.
If bins have not yet been emptied when we first arrive, we may revisit later the same day where practical.
However:
- we cannot wait indefinitely
- we cannot revisit multiple times
- we do not return on an alternative day for the same cycle
If the whole street or local area has clearly not been emptied by the council, we will usually skip that cycle without charge.
If your bin has not been emptied because of:
- contamination
- overfilling
- incorrect presentation
- or another issue specific to your property
that does not count as a council miss, and normal service rules may still apply.
If you accidentally miss the bin collection and notify us too late for us to adjust the round, the cycle may still be lost.
11. Winter Weather, Ice & Unsafe Conditions
We aim to operate on our normal 4-week cycle throughout the year, but safety comes first.
If snow, ice, freezing conditions, or other unsafe weather prevents safe working, scheduled cleans may be delayed or skipped.
Where a cycle is skipped due to unsafe weather, we will not charge for work not carried out.
We do not normally provide catch-up visits, double visits, or rearranged visits following weather-related disruption unless we choose to do so.
12. Christmas & Holiday Shutdowns
We may close briefly over Christmas or other holiday periods.
If a scheduled round falls during a shutdown period, that cycle may be skipped and no charge will be made for work not completed.
Service will resume on the next scheduled round.
We do not normally rearrange or double up visits following a holiday shutdown.
13. Reminders
We may send courtesy reminders on or around your scheduled service day.
These reminders are provided as a convenience only and are not guaranteed.
It remains the customer’s responsibility to:
- know their service arrangement
- present the correct bins
- ensure bins are empty and accessible
Failure to receive a reminder does not remove the customer’s responsibility to present bins correctly.
14. Cancellations
Once your minimum 6-clean term has been completed, you may cancel before your next scheduled service cycle.
If cancellation is requested after a cycle has already been attended, processed, or billed, the cancellation will take effect from the following cycle.
Cancelling a Direct Debit does not automatically cancel your service agreement if charges are still properly due under these terms.
Any outstanding valid charges remain payable.
15. Our Right to Refuse, Pause or Remove Accounts
We reserve the right to refuse, pause, suspend, or remove any account where:
- payments repeatedly fail
- Direct Debit requirements are not maintained
- bins are regularly not presented
- access problems are repeated
- customers repeatedly try to pick and choose individual cleans
- abusive, unreasonable, or disruptive behaviour makes the service unworkable
- the account is no longer commercially viable for the round
- continued service would be unsafe or impractical
We also reserve the right to amend rounds, route order, timing, operational methods, and scheduling where needed to keep the service efficient and workable.
16. Service Standard
Your first clean is a deeper reset clean designed to bring the bin to a much higher standard at the start of service.
Ongoing visits are maintenance cleans intended to maintain hygiene and reduce ongoing dirt, odour, and build-up.
Results may vary depending on:
- the age and condition of the bin
- staining
- historic neglect
- damage
- and previous contents
We always aim for a high professional standard, but we cannot guarantee that every bin will be restored to an as-new visual condition.
17. Customer Responsibility
By joining the service, you agree to:
- keep your payment details and Direct Debit active
- provide accurate contact information
- ensure your bins are emptied and accessible on the correct day
- tell us in advance if you want a holiday skip
- understand that Adrenify is an ongoing route-based service, not an on-demand service
18. Changes to Service or Terms
We may update our pricing, service structure, routes, policies, or these Terms from time to time.
The latest version published on our website, or otherwise communicated to customers, will apply to ongoing use of the service.
19. Contact
If you need to contact us regarding your service, billing, or cancellation request, please use the contact details provided on our website.
