Many of you have been asking about one-off garden bin cleans now that the season is coming to an end. If you’d like your garden bin cleaned, please fill out the form below.
Garden bins are usually harder to clean, take longer, and use more water, so we aren’t able to offer them as part of our regular monthly service at the moment. We are still building our rounds and have a lot of first cleans to get through each day. As things settle and our rounds fill up, we may be able to offer regular garden-bin cleaning in the future.
Another challenge is the emptying times. Garden bins are often emptied much later than the other bins we already clean, which would mean returning to the same property twice and disrupting our daily routes.
So for now, our best solution is to offer an end-of-season garden bin clean to help keep your green bin fresh and avoid any unpleasant smells.
Once we know how many garden bins need doing, we’ll start scheduling them. These cleans may not fall on your usual bin-cleaning day, as some rounds are already really busy, but we will fit them in on quieter days. You’ll still receive the usual morning email on the day we’re coming so you know to have your garden bin ready.
One off cleans are £10, the same price as our first cleans as they require a deep clean
